Rebranding a 30+ Year Legacy.
Brand Differentiation Across Digital & Print
With over 30 years of credibility already established, the challenge was not legitimacy, but differentiation. The brand needed to shift from being trusted to being unmistakable.
situation
Janelle Razzino, Founder and Proprietor of Razzino Associates, has spent over three decades placing top-tier executives in premier roles across the tri-state and greater Metro New York region. While her reputation was strong and her client relationships long-standing, her digital presence did not reflect the energy, passion, and bold personality that defined her working style.
Janelle knew her brand needed elevation, but was uncertain whether anyone could authentically translate her unique persona into a cohesive and differentiated market presence.
challenge
Although the existing website was professional and functional, it lacked the authenticity and vibrancy necessary to stand out in a competitive executive search landscape.
With over 30 years of credibility already established, the challenge was not legitimacy, but differentiation. The brand needed to shift from being trusted to being unmistakable.
Approach
Positioning & Messaging
Identified Janelle’s authentic differentiator by integrating her long-standing passion as a Green Bay Packers football fan into the brand narrative, creating a distinctive positioning framework rooted in leadership, teamwork, strategy, and performance.
Aligned tone and content strategy to balance bold differentiation with the credibility of her 30+ years of executive search leadership.
Visual Identity & Website
Refined visual identity elements, color palette, and typography to support the new energetic and confident positioning.
Redesigned the website to reflect the football-inspired leadership theme across design and messaging, ensuring consistency between personality and presentation.
Business Development Materials & Brand Standards
Extended the brand into strategic print collateral by developing a trifold brochure in 2021, highlighting her coaching services, followed by updated one-pagers in 2025, one focused on the firm and one centered on Janelle personally, ensuring clarity and cohesion in high-level business development conversations.
Designed new business cards and a formal brand sheet to codify visual standards and messaging guidelines, creating consistency across future marketing initiatives and safeguarding long-term brand integrity.
Results
Brand Awareness
Strengthened brand recall, with clients and candidates consistently referencing the football-inspired positioning as distinctive, authentic, and “so her.”
Maintained brand relevance and cohesion through continued asset refinement in 2025, reinforcing long-term positioning rather than one-time redesign.
Digital Presence
Increased inbound interest following the website relaunch, supporting new client conversations and expanding the candidate portfolio.
Business Development
Elevated credibility in business development settings through cohesive print collateral, including a trifold coaching brochure and executive one-pagers used in high-level meetings.
